      Death notice - as published in the Gentry Journal - Advance on May 30, 1913 (Gentry, Benton County, Arkansas):
      GRANTHAM, Mrs. -{from Cherokee City} A telegram was received here Friday that Mrs. Grantham was dead at Brentwood, Ark. and to meet them Saturday morning at Springtown, the body to be buried in Dickson Cemetery {her request}. Friends waited all day at the station; the grave was dug; word came Monday that she was laid away Saturday in the Brentwood Cemetery.

      (It should be noted that her name is NOT listed in the Cemetery Book for Brentwood Cemetery).

      NOTE: Her death notice in the Gentry Journal-Advance of May 30, 1913, stated that she requested burial at Dickson Cemetery, and that the body was to be sent to Springtown Saturday morning. Friends waited all day at the station, the grave was dug, and word came Saturday that she was buried in the Brentwood Cemetery; NOTE: Unless she is in an un-marked grave at Brentwood, she is not listed in the cemetery book. Was her body moved to Dickson? Is her body at Brentwood and the stone at Dickson? A mystery indeed.
